Twilight star Kellan Lutz appears shirtless drenched in mock blood in a new TwitPic he hopes will get his Twitter account verified.Lutz is pictured holding a bloody-looking sign that reads: “Follow Kellan Lutz @kellanlutz.” Lutz jokingly wrote in the caption below.

“Trying to get verified… hope this works. HaHaHa @kellanlutz,”

It’s been a week of big moves for Kellan. After weeks of tense salary negoitiations, on Wednesday, the Nightmare on Elm Street star inked a deal to reprise his role as Emmett Cullen in the final installment of Stephenie Meyer’s hugely-successful Twilight Saga .
