Brian Austin Green — Megan Fox’s favorite leading man — is in talks to become the next hunk to make the move to TV’s Wisteria Lane.
The actor, best remembered for his portrayal of David Silver on the ’90s primetime soap Beverly Hills, 90210, will play “Keith, a single playboy who makes the women’s jaws drop” on the forthcoming season of ABC’s Desperate Housewives, TV Guide snoops spilled in a report on Friday. The character will reportedly be pursued by Gaby (Eva Longoria Parker) and a newly-single Bree (Marcia Cross) when Season 7 of the Emmy-winning dramedy premieres this fall.
In recent years, the newlywed Green appeared as Derek Reese on the now-defunct Terminator-inspired series The Sarah Connor Chronicles and as the villain Metallo on the long-running supernatural thriller Smallville.
