Is the bromance between LeBron James and Jay-Z on the rocks?
There are reports that the basketball and rap icons have had a falling out over James’ decision to sign with the Miami Heat before at least consulting further with Jay-Z, who owns a small slice of the New Jersey Nets’ corporate pie.
The New York Daily News’ Gatecrasher gossip column says it has learned Jay-Z never really expected his good friend to land with the Nets, but that he did expect a phone call before James made his final decision.
Mediatakeout.com also says its sources say Jay-Z felt “disrespected” that he wasn’t talked to while James sorted out the free agent process.
