Here’s a picture, making the rounds on the interwebs, of role model supreme and future poster child for “$hit Happens”. It shows Lindsay Lohan topless and smoking in a dirty motel room.
Meanwhile, a recent report from Us magazine claims that Lindsay is falling back into her pre-jail/rehab ways.
Supposedly hitting up NYC club Boom Boom Room this past weekend for a late night of partying, the Us source tells, “It’s the same old cycle of lying and denials. She’s telling everyone she didn’t go out. We’re like, ‘Lindsay, people saw you there!’”
