Charlie Sheen Files For Divorce From Brooke Mueller

Somewhere out there Denise Richards is doing cartwheels and singing “Whoomp! There it is!”

Charlie Sheen has filed for divorce from Brooke Mueller his third wife, a week after an alleged alcohol-fueled rampage at Plaza hotel.

After inviting adult film actress Capri Anderson, Charlie Sheen reportedly went berserk after accusing her of stealing his watch and wallet. When police reached hotel, they found the porn star Capri Anderson cowering in the hotel bathroom and Charlie Sheen unclothed and passed out.

Interestingly Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife, actress Denise Richards, was also staying at the Plaza in a different room with their two children, Sam and Lola.

In papers filed in Los Angeles, the 45-year-old actor cited irreconcilable differences and revealed the couple signed a prenuptial agreement.

Brook Mueller also filed her own set of divorce papers. But while Charlie Sheen requested joint custody of their twin sons, Bob and Max, she asked for sole physical custody with only visitation rights for Charlie Sheen.

Charlie Sheen and Richards divorced acrimoniously in 2006 after four years of marriage.
