Soccer Star Landon Donovan Divorces “Rules Of Engagement” Bianca Kajlich
Soccer stud and World Cup hero Landon Donovan has filed for divorce from his long-time wife, Rules of Engagement actress Bianca Kajlich.
The couple has had an on-again-off-again marriage for four years. The petition was filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Tuesday by Donovan who cited irreconcilable differences and indicates that the couple has been separated since October of 2009. The footballer, 28, is also requesting spousal support and attorney fees.
Donovan, who was the subject of a paternity scandal over the summer, sparked rumors of a possible reunion with Bianca in June, when he was spotted blowing a kiss to Kajlich after scoring the game-winning goal for the US in the 2010 World Cup match against Algeria.
The estranged couple married on New Year’s Eve 2006. They have no children.
