First Lady Michelle Obama attended Tuesday night’s People’s Republic of China dinner wearing a stunning red dress by the late Alexander McQueen, a gay fashion designer. The dress is the boldest design of McQueen’s she has ever worn. Michelle Obama is not a stranger to wearing dresses by gay designers. She made Jason Wu famous when she wore his design to the inaugural balls.
