Attention PMS’ing Women

Posted by Copa On March - 4 - 2011

A new study published by the Journal for Reproductive Health asserts taking dietary supplements of fatty acids can help ease the symptoms of PMS. According to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists 85% of women deal with at least one symptom of PMS every menstrual cycle. The most common of those symptoms are:

  • Bloating
  • Breast Tenderness
  • Clumsiness
  • Constipation
  • Food cravings
  • Headache
  • Irritability
  • And Fatigue

So if you are one of that 85% who suffer one of more of these symptoms each month, why not try a supplement, or even just get more eggs, nuts, or fish in your diet before your period begins. If it doesn’t work then fatty acids are extremely necessary for survival anyway, what have you lost?
