Quinn Matney, a UNC freshman, reported he was attacked last week by an anti-gay assailant who called him a faggot and burned his left wrist. UNC University’s Department of Public safety has determined the report to be a bold faced lie. Matney did have 3rd to 4th degree burns on his left wrist, which obviously was self-inflicted.
What a dumb ass! The scenario forming in my mind is Matney wanted to sue UNC University so he burned himself and made up a phony story to carry out his sinister plot. Now all he has to show for his dumb ass idea is a sever burn, extensive nerve damage, loss of movement in two fingers, criminal charges, and possible expulsion. Bad trade off if you ask me.
UNC University is not going to report the original report as a hate crime to the FBI. Of course Matney no longer has anything to say to the press. My how quiet people get quiet when they are found out.
