Beyonce’s baby is already showing the world she is a Diva. The delivery of Blue Ivy Carter is rumored to have caused an entire section of Lenox Hill Hospital to be closed off. Many patients have stated they were placed on lockdown, and not allowed to leave their rooms while visitors were ushered downstairs. A recent article states one new father, Neil Coulon, was temporarily prevented access to his newborns, twins who were premature, since the hospital forbade visitors while Beyonce was in delivery. “They locked us into the NICU,” says Coulon, who states the hospital advised people they could not come out into the hallway for 20 minutes.
Apparently Beyonce and Jay-Z paid over $1 million to gain sole access of the hospital wing the baby delivery happened in. Still, it seems the hospital could have been more prepared so other parents, and visitors would not be treated so poorly. Though fans will likely back up the superstar couple, and their baby in tow, they have annoyed at least a few people with their demands. It looks like someone forgot to tell all other expectant mothers to hold off until Beyonce’s baby arrived. Spoiled much?
