On Tuesday, singers Chris Brown and Britney Spears managed to become top Twitter trends. During the early afternoon hours, each of the singers was included in a trending phrase on the social media site.
The phrases, “Chris Brown is our King” and “Britney is Our Queen,” both become hot on the microblogging site. Other Twitter users weighed in with their thoughts on the matter. Some seemed pleased to see their favorite musicians being praised, while others were angry about it.
Brown last tweeted on January 16th with the following interesting quote:
“If the lights in the sky came crashing down, I still could find your love even in a crowd… But will u remember me?”
Meanwhile, Britney Spears last tweeted on the 13th with several tweets about her kids including:
Preston getting his groove on!!
Jayden is having some hair raising fun on the trampoline!
Neither celeb has given any sorts of comments on Tuesday about the trending topics. That hasn’t stopping fans, or those who aren’t fans at all, from tweeting about the interesting trending topics!
