After being in negotiations with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to replace Raheem Morris as head couch, the University of Oregon coach Chip Kelly has turned the NFL down.
The Bucs previous head coach, Raheem Morris, was fired by the Glazer family after nearly three years as the Tampa Bay head coach. Since then, Morris taken a position with the Washington Redskins, as their defensive backs coach.
