An insider told NOW Magazine of Playboy’s plan, saying: “They think it’d be a huge coup, albeit unlikely,” an insider tells the British mag. “But since Miley’s marijuana controversy gave her a bit of bad girl edge, they hope to convince her team that it’s time to ditch the wholesome image and try something new.”

Apparently, Cyrus isn’t the only young starlet Playboy is trying to snap photos of! They also have their eyes on Selena Gomez. What would Justin Bieber say about that? While Miley is no stranger to racy photos, Selena seems to still hang on to that good girl image. Especially when compared to Cyrus.

Perhaps Playboy is attempting to find a popular, racy, star to pose so they can have sales similar to their recent edition featuring another former Disney star — Lindsay Lohan! Even though there were leaked naked photos of Lindsay from that publication sales were still record breaking. Will Miley Cyrus and Selena Gomez be the next Playboy stars? Guess everyone will have to wait and see.

It’s that time again… April 1^st, and you know what that means.  FlyNews reveals the biggest Fools of the past year.  Unfortunately we say goodbye to some of last year’s fools — Sarah Palin and anyone unfortunate enough to have the last name Gosselin – But that just makes room for a brand new host of hood rats, fame whores and home grown idiots.

So without further adieu we bring you the 10 biggest fools that tried to pull the wool over your eyes this past year:

10. (TIE) Amber Portwood & Rebecca Black - The coveted 10^th spot belonged solely to MTV maniac teen mom slash porn star slash boner killer Amber Portman who beat her baby’s daddy all the way to famedom until Rebecca Black sang her way into the top 10 list of biggest Fools at the tender age of 13.  Impressive. Black, recently voted “Most Disliked Video on YouTube” and Portwood are living proof that you do not have to have a shred of discernable talent to be famous.  Kudos ladies!

9. New York Yankees – Not only did the mighty Yanks get their asses handed to them by Cliff Lee in the post season making them regret not dropping more moola on the table for his services midseason, but then Lee pulled an early April fools on New York by turning down more money from the Yankees organization to play in Philadelphia.  Even LeBron James is sayin “That’s cold Cliff.”

Gee I guess the New York fans shouldn’t have spat on Lee’s wife during the play-offs… who knew?  New York figured they shouldn’t go after Lee midseason because Lee and his wife love new york and are best friends with Yankees pitchers CC Sabathia. I guess you don’t have to actually live IN NEW YORK CITY to enjoy New York City. 

8. Chris Brown – Brown has made his triumphant return… to being a dumb ass. After laying low for a year, we thought for sure this kid would learn his lesson, but nooooo.  He went to anger management, dyed his hair and then went ape s**t after an appearance on Good Morning America throwing furniture and breaking windows. It wasn’t even a stainglass church window of St. Rihanna… we checked!

7. Ohio State Football Team – Buck Eyes quarterback Terrelle Pryor and four other teammates (grumpy, dumpy, sleepy and dumbass) sold their Big Ten Championship rings to the owner of a local tattoo parlor. I hope they atleast got a sweet “I heart Mamma” tat.  When asked about the naughtiness by the NCAA, Buck Eyes head coach Jim Tressel did his best Scooby Doo impression “Rur… Ry Didn’t Row They Rid Rat!”  Later on the school found emails that Tressel had sent proving otherwise.

6.  Mother Nature- Year after year, nobody pulls the wool over our eyes better than mama nature.  After Hurricane Katrina, earthquake in Haiti, earthquake in Indonesia, earthquake in LA (that one may have been related to the recent Kristy Ally-Dancing With The Stars audition fiasco actually) we thought God was done showing his wrath.  Turns out, he saved the best for last.  Japan got hit with the biggest earthquake ever recorded by man last month and devastation and death toll are still rising.  Buildings crumbling, nuclear gas leakage, and scarce food supplies… hmm … Kirsty… is that you girl?

5. Kody Brown – Personally I don’t know why this fool isn’t number one on this list. Sister Wives is the new TLC Reality show that follows Brown who lives in Lehi, Utah, and his four wives and their 16 children.  That’s right I said 4 wives and 16 children!  After watching this s**t on TV even the Japanese are saying “Hey life’s not so bad… pass the crap bucket and banana leaf!”

If this show was on Fox it would be called, “So You Think You Can Be A Jack Ass”.

4. Lindsay Lohan – No Top 10 Fools list would be complete without the name Lohan in it. Actually this might be the last year you’ll be seeing Lohan on our Fools list.  Don’t worry, the fame-whore supreme isn’t going anywhere (blink people blink)… she’s just officially changing her name to just Lindsay. We suggested she change it to just White She Devil… but she doesn’t open our emails anymore.

After going lesbo, stealing necklaces, and being the poster child for rehabilitation centers and STD clinics everywhere Lohan still finds a way to feed the poor. And by poor I mean her talentless hack of a family, TMZ, and every paparazzi from here to Libya.

3. Westboro Baptist Church – Ahhh… where would the world be without it’s shameless, racist hatemongers? The Westboro Baptist Church or WeBaC Bitches! For short… is an independent Baptist church known for its extreme stance against homosexuality and its radical “wee… look how stupid I can be!” protest activities.

These bitches have done everything from picketing funerals to desecrating the American flag. And they post it all on their proud Christian website GodHatesFags.com.  Classy!

2. BP – Which we are beginning to think stands for Bullet Proof for trying to maintain their reputation after single handedly causing the largest oil spill in the history of mankind. The oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico, which flowed for three months starting April 2010, killed sea life, birds, and peoples’ hopes and dreams. The impact of the spill continues even after the well has been capped. It is the largest accidental marine oil spill in the history of the petroleum industry… oopsy!

Charlie Sheen – Admit it… you knew it.  Sheen’s uncontrollable urge to mix liquor and his penis has destroyed the most lucrative contract in all of television.  Not to mention the jobs of about 50 other people.  Now we all know that women and booze has brought down nations but COME ON! Anybody who makes $2.1 MILLION an episode ($45 million a year) to wear a retarded bowling shirt and remember a bunch of one-liners, and then throws it all away for Jim Bean and Jo Pussy deserves to be crowned the Number One Fool of the year.

On Wednesday Lindsay Lohan returned to court, where she was charged with felony grand theft for allegedly stealing a necklace from an LA jewelry store.

 The Hollywood ditzy fame-whore was told that she would be looking at jail time with any plea deal (she has until her next court date, March 10, to decide whether to accept the plea deal).

TMZ is reporting that minutes after leaving the courtroom, Lindsay said she would not accept a plea bargain and plans to take the case to trial.

Her outfit was slightly a little classier than her last court getup, a short white dress… Emphasis on the little part.

Amidst throngs of reporters, fans, and curious onlookers, Lindsay Lohan showed up for her arraignment on felony grand theft charges with every intention of owning the spotlight Wednesday in Los Angeles. Sporting a figure-hugging white knit Kimberly Ovitz mini dress paired with black pumps, Chanel 5182 sunglasses, newly-colored tresses, and a spray tan, there was no way you could miss her.

The mid-thigh length dress was universally criticized by fashion and news sites across the web. TMZ.com likened it to Sharon Stone’s infamous “Basic Instinct” outfit, while E! Online asked, “Was it a fashion misdemeanor?” In an interview with the “Today” show Wednesday, defense attorney Mark Geragos advised, “I tell my clients to dress like you’re going to church or temple.” Clearly, Lindsay didn’t get that memo.

As opposed to the somber suits and neutral colors Lohan has donned to previous court dates, this time the embattled actress’s outfit looked more appropriate for a celebrity product launch party or a night out on the town.

Seriously, what was she thinking? The “Mean Girls” starlet was spotted getting her hair done for over two and a half hours Tuesday night at a fancy Beverly Hills hair salon, so she obviously put some thought into her appearance. Perhaps Lindsay’s lily white outfit — which at $575 has sold out at every online boutique that carries Ovitz’s designs — was her way of proclaiming her innocence? Because she had to have known there was no way her ensemble was going to fly under the radar.

The actress was formally charged earlier in the day for stealing a necklace worth $2,500 from a jewelry store in Venice Beach, California, on January 22, 2011. As she’s still on probation for a 2007 drunken driving case, Lohan, 24, could potentially faces several years in state prison if convicted of the crime. Lindsay pled not guilty to the charges leveled against her, and her attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley, also denied Lohan lifted the merchandise, though the actress has been previously accused of stealing multiple times over the past two years. Lohan’s bail was set at $40,000, and her next hearing is scheduled for February 23.

UPDATE: Well — that was fast! It didn’t take long for the “Sharon Stone in Basic Instinct” number that Lindsay Lohan sashayed into a court of law wearing on Wednesday afternoon to go flying off the shelves.

The skintight, white Kimberly Ovitz design that (barely) shielded the actress as she entered a not guilty plea to one count of felony theft have been snapped up from high-end department stores all over the country, despite its $575 pricetag, ABC News said Friday. The “Glavis” Dress — featured as part of Ovitz’s Pre-Fall collection — is also sold out at every online boutique that carries Ovitz’s designs.

The dress became a viral sensation after blogosphere gabbers questioned the appropriateness of such attire for a court hearing. After spending two weeks in jail last July and making no less than four dates with judges over the past eight months, surely by now LiLo should know the difference between clothing that says “Ready for My Court Day Closeup” and cocktail dresses that scream “Ready to Knock Back a Round of White Russians.”

As usual, Lindsay just doesn’t get what all the fuss is about. In a Facebook posting pleading her innocence Thursday, Lohan wrote in part: “what i wear to court shouldnt be front page news. it’s just absurd.”

For the second year in a row, bong-smoking teen star Miley Cyrus has been voted the worst role model for teenagers… by teenagers themselves.

The 18-year-old — who rose to fame as the star of Disney’s now-defunct hit Hannah Montana nearly five years ago — topped the list just a month after she was busted getting high on camera. Miley surpassed beat Lindsay Lohan, 24, and Demi Lovato, also 18, who have both been in rehab over the past year.

The survey was conducted by AOL website Just So You Know and voted on by their core audience of girls, between the ages of nine and 15. Miley received more than 58 per cent of the 99,000 votes. Also in the top 10 celebrity with the worst influence were Teen Mom bruiser Amber Portwood, overly-opinionated rapper Kanye West and Gossip Girl actor Chace Crawford, who was arrested for marijuana possession.

Police in California state that troubled actress, Lindsay Lohan though finished with her stent in rehab, has violated the terms of her probation.

Riverside County Sheriff’s Department told the local press that Lohan violated probation when she engaged in an altercation with a then-staff member at the Betty Ford Center here as she was undergoing three months of court-ordered substance abuse rehab.

Authorities plan to send the result of their investigation to the district attorney’s office to decide if the actress should face battery charges — even though the former staff member has said she will no longer cooperate with the investigation and does not want charges filed, the department said Monday.

“It is expected that this investigation will be sent to the district attorney’s office later this week,” the sheriff’s office added.

The Betty Ford Center fired the staffer, Dawn Holland, after information about the December 12 incident was leaked to the media.

“When patients come to the center for treatment, they come to a safe place where their identity is protected, where anonymity is safeguarded,” the center said in a statement, without confirming Holland was the employee in question.

Holland has told investigators she will “no longer be cooperating with the investigation and does not wish to have charges filed,” the sheriff’s office said.

Last month, Lohan’s lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley confirmed that an “incident” had taken place, but declined to comment on what happened.

Meanwhile, Holland’s lawyer said last month that the former staffer was “targeted, unmercifully interrogated, intimidated and threatened with her livelihood” by the treatment center.

Lohan checked into the Betty Ford Center on September 27 after it became clear a judge intended to send her to jail because of a failed drug test.

The judge eventually ordered Lohan to stay in the drug rehabilitation program until Monday instead of going to jail.

Lohan’s probation is scheduled to end in August of 2011.

Prosecutor Danette Meyers said she expects to see Lohan back in municipal court on February 1 for a review of whether she has fulfilled the terms of her probation.

Lohan’s legal troubles began when she was arrested twice in 2007 on charges of driving under the influence; in the second incident, she was charged with cocaine possession.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Elden Fox has said if Lohan violates the rules of her rehab program or fails a drug test before her court date on February 25, she will be sent to jail for 180 days.

A day that began with authorities confirming Lindsay Lohan was being investigated for battery on a female staffer at a California rehab facility treating the starlet ended with the worker fired after giving an interview about the incident.

Riverside County sheriff’s detectives said Tuesday they are investigating the “Mean Girls” star for an alleged altercation with a worker at a Betty Ford Center facility in Palm Desert that occurred after 1 a.m. on Dec. 12.

The agency declined to say what prompted the fight, but said the worker was interested in pursuing charges against Lohan.

Betty Ford spokesman Russ Patrick said the staffer was fired for identifying patients at the center in an interview and “disclosing a privileged document.”

Although Betty Ford and the sheriff’s department did not identify the worker, she appeared in an interview on celebrity website TMZ on Tuesday afternoon and was promptly fired. She claims the 24-year-old Lohan and two other girls had sneaked out of the facility.

In the video, Dawn Holland claims she was trying to get Lohan to submit to a breathalyzer test when the actress became belligerent, pushed her and snatched a phone from her hand, straining her arm.

Attempts to reach Holland were unsuccessful. A phone number registered to her was not accepting calls Tuesday evening.

Lohan has not been arrested or charged in the incident. Her attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley, said in an e-mailed statement that it was the actress who called for police.

She declined to offer additional details, citing the ongoing sheriff’s investigation.

While the fallout for Holland was swift, Lohan’s situation remains unclear. A judge has ordered her to remain at Betty Ford until Jan. 3 and remain out of trouble until Feb. 25. He also ordered her to submit to all drug and alcohol screenings or face up to six months in jail for violating her probation on a 3-year-old drunk driving case.

Riverside County sheriff’s Deputy Herlinda Valenzuela said Lohan’s case would be presented to prosecutors, who will decide whether Lohan faces a new charge.

Lohan has been receiving treatment at the Betty Ford Center and its facilities, about 120 miles east of Los Angeles, since late September.

Patrick’s statement said that until Tuesday, Betty Ford had upheld the confidentiality of 96,000 patients who had received treatment there since it opened in 1982.

He said Holland’s interview was a breach of trust and the rehab process.

“When patients come to the center for treatment, they come to a safe place where their identity is protected, where anonymity is safeguarded,” he said in an e-mail. “Their simple priority when in treatment is to learn how to live a life free of alcohol and other drugs.

“Confidentiality and trust are key to the treatment and recovery process.”

Lohan’s stint at Betty Ford is her fifth stay in rehab and her second this year.

Beginning in July, she was jailed for 14 days, followed by three weeks at inpatient rehab. Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Elden S. Fox agreed to release her early from treatment at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center in late August based on doctor’s recommendations.

It’s back to The Big House for La Lohan.

On Friday, Beverly Hills Judge Elden Fox sent the troubled actress back to the Century Regional Detention Center in Lynwood, California — with no bail — after Lohan tested positive for cocaine and amphetamines in two drug tests last week.

The actress has been ordered to jail pending an Oct. 22 hearing.

“Regrettably, I did in fact fail my most recent drug test and if I am asked, I am prepared to appear before judge Fox next week as a result,” the former Mean Girls star Tweeted in part last Friday.

In July, Lohan was sentenced to 90 days behind bars followed by 90 days of inpatient drug and alcohol treatment.

She served just two weeks of both.

On Monday, Fox revoked Lohan’s probation and issued — but held until Friday morning — a bench warrant for the 24-year-old actress’ arrest.

Sporting a new strawberry blonde hairdo and wearing a white pencil skirt and lace black top, Lindsay seemed poised and calm as she entered the Beverly Hills Courthouse amid a media circus. Lohan arrived about 15 minutes early for the 8:30 AM PT appearance. She was immediately handcuffed before being taken into custody. Lohan was accompanied insider the courthouse by her mother Dina, who sat directly behind her during the hearing. Her father Michael was seated at the back of the courthouse.

Lindsay will go directly to jail. but could be released within days due to substantial overcrowding in the California prison system. She has twice been released early to overcrowding. Her longest jail stay was 14 days, that for the 90-day sentence issued earlier this summer.

 Lindsay Lohan has confirmed on her Twitter page that she failed a court-ordered drug and alcohol screening, and she said that if asked, she is ready to appear before the judge in her case and face the consequences for her actions.

In a series of messages posted late Friday, the actress said “Regrettably, I did in fact fail my most recent drug test.”

She also said, “Substance abuse is a disease, which unfortunately doesn’t go away over night. I am working hard to overcome it.” Lohan often posts updates with the account that’s verified by Twitter as belonging to the actress.

A person familiar with the case, who declined to be identified because of the sensitivity of the matter, confirmed the positive test results for The Associated Press earlier Friday. The person declined to specify what substance triggered the positive result, which the source said occurred within the last month.

The failed drug test was first reported by TMZ.com.

The test result could mean a probation violation and more jail time for the 24-year-old actress. In July, Lohan was sentenced to three months in jail followed by three months in rehab after violating probation stemming from a pair of drug and driving under the influence cases filed after two arrests in 2007.

She ended up serving two weeks in jail and another 23 days in an inpatient rehab treatment at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center.

At a hearing last month, Fox ordered the actress to attend psychotherapy, drug and alcohol counseling as well as random drug and alcohol testing several times a week. Compliance would allow her to return to unsupervised probation in November.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Elden S. Fox had threatened Lohan with 30 days in jail for each probation violation.

A hearing would be conducted before Lohan could be returned to jail. Los Angeles County District Attorney spokeswoman Sandi Gibbons said no such hearing had been scheduled as of Friday afternoon.
